We were cleaning out our giant roll top desk and guess what we found. My grandparents passports. The roll top desk holds a lot of things but that was one I wasn’t expecting.
As for the cookies, my oven runs hot so I had to turn the oven down from 375 to 350. Also the directions state to add baking soda but there was no specified amount in the ingredients on the card so I added 1 tsp and it worked out pretty well.
I will also say these cookies are a little salty. As my sister in law said “They were a little salty but in a way where it was good like Caramel type salty”. So, if you’re not into that lower the salt to 1/2 tsp.
