This isn’t the prettiest dish but it was good. If you like how stuffing tastes then you will be into this. I used a homemade cream of chicken I had in the freezer for another recipe but, I think cream of mushroom or possibly cream of celery would work really well in this.
Zucchini Casserole
Ingredients
3c steamed zucchini
1/2c sautéed onion
1c cream of chicken
1/2 tsp sage
1 box dressing mix
Cheese (optional)
Instructions
Combine zucchini, onion, cream of chicken, sage and 1c dressing mix. Put mixture in a 8×8 inch baking dish. Top with left over dressing mix and cheese(if using)Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Enjoy
