Wow, this pie is better than I thought it would be, I lightly regret giving it away. I will definitely be reaching for this recipe again and if you’re looking for something extremely easy and tasty, give it a try. I’m certain this would work for all kinds of nut butters or sunflower butter if you have an allergy.
Peanut butter pie
Ingredients
1 graham cracker or Oreo pie crust
1 small box jell-o cook and serve pudding mix (vanilla or butterscotch, I used butterscotch)
1c peanut butter
Cool whip
Instructions
Cook the putting mix according to package directions. Whisk in peanut butter while still hot and let cool slightly before adding to the pie crust. Let pie cool at least 30min before placing in the fridge to cool and set overnight. Top with cool whip and enjoy!
