Kathryn loved anything with shrimp and according to my source this was her favorite dip to bring to church and gatherings. Don’t be weirded out by the cans of shrimp. It’s good and it’s easy. I did add a little mayo like the other recipes in my light research and it turned out really well but feel free to leave it out.
Shrimp Dip
Ingredients
Makes about 4 cups of dip
2 cans shrimp
2-8oz cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1 green onion bunch
6 Tbsp. shrimp juice
4tbs mayo- optional
Instructions
Melt butter and add to cream cheese then shrimp, juice, onions and mayo if using. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Enjoy.
