I spent the last few days worrying that I lost this recipe card just to find it exactly where it’s supposed to be .
If you’re a crepe lover then maybe don’t try this recipe. Maybe it was me, maybe it was the recipe but these crepes aren’t it. I definitely failed at cooking these crepes and the four you see in the photo are all that turned out decent. I’m not even gonna try to explain how to cook these because I’m not even sure.
Crepes
Ingredients
4 egg yolks
2c water
1c flour
1tsp salt
1tbs sugar
Instructions
Blend everything in a blender till smooth.
