It’s definitely late in the peach season for a peach recipe but better late than never. If you’re looking at the recipe card and asking yourself where is peach cobbler page 1? It’s another peach cobbler recipe. There are 3 actually but this is the one I chose for sharing. This recipe uses canned peaches so there is actually no need to wait for peach season to enjoy this tasty cobbler.

Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
1 large can or 2 regular cans of Peaches, drained
1 stick of butter or margarine
1 1/4c sugar
1c flour
1/2c milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
In a saucepan combine the peaches, 1/2c sugar, and 1/2 stick of butter. Bring mixture to boil, cook until the sugar is dissolved, and set aside. In a bowl combine the flour, remaining 3/4c sugar, salt, and baking powder. Melt the rest of the butter and add to the flour mix along with the sugar. In a buttered dish pour in your peach mixture and top with the batter. Bake at 350 for 20-30minutes or until golden brown. If baking in the air fryer preheat to 325 divide your peaches and batter among the smaller dishes and bake each for 15-20 minutes.
