Hash Brown Casserole

Of course this is good. I did halve the recipe since we don’t have any people over to eat now a days. We had this with over easy eggs and the next day I fried patties of the casserole in a skillet and they came out crispy and delicious. I will for sure be making this again, hopefully for some guests.

Hash brown casserole

2lbs frozen hash browns, thawed
2 cans cream of potato
8oz sour cream
8oz grated cheese
1/4c Parmesan for the topping

Combine all the ingredients except for the Parmesan. Put in a buttered 13×9 casserole dish and bake at 300 for 1-1.5 hours. Let rest for 5 minutes and enjoy
